Can't get ftp access to my site using my third party program, I keep getting time out errors. I have tried using the file manager in the cp area but even though it lets me see the folders I get data errors when I try to view one.

Is there anything which can be done to help this or is this how it will be from now on?

Re: Error: The requested URL /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi was not found on this server I had the same issue, my ftp was not working but came back the next day. I assume my account was being transfered. I still have minor issues but my site is back working.

Not sure what is causing this problem but when I do something on my forum like change a room or do something in the ACP I keep getting a blank page saying the server has been reset, it gets really annoying if you are doing a few changes. To get through it you do a refresh and then it loads...
