Seems the Cpanel is not functioning and I cannot access the site through FTP either. Any information on why its doing this?

I appear to be having these issues too at the moment... rather annoying. Cpanel comes up, shows I have 0 databases in use... even when I was using all of them. Please, PLEASE tell me admins that I didn't just lose EVERYTHING...
