Stoli still throwing a hissy fit?

My site is hosted on the Stoli server (I think its a free one I don't know though I have upgraded my account a bit)
and ever since the reboot its been having some intermittent issues with it. Any ideas on this?

Slow, laggy connection, FTP Timeouts, 503 errors, etc. etc. Sometimes it will behave awesomely, sometimes its just like :thefinger

I have just visited your website and it is loading fine for me. Sometimes, server problems are caused by temporary high server load, and are automatically resolved in a short period of time. Wait a little bit, then try accessing your website again; if you still have persisting problems, feel free to post back.

Currently both http://stygianrenegade.co.cc and http://the-continuum.co.cc is going extremely slow.

Personally I'm glad I got most of the main edits done on The Continuum before it started acting up as its really frustrating to be in the middle of changing something and get a 503 error that can end up screwing up everything I just worked on >.>

I have visited both of the specified URLs and they are both loading extremely quickly, within a matter of seconds. Could you check if you have any bandwidth-intensive downloads or uploads running on your computer in the background? Also, did you try restarting your computer? From what I am seeing, this is an issue on your side.

Sorry for the late reply, lots of stuff happening because of Christmas.
Anyway it seems like its all cleared up for now except for the occasional 503 error but 10-1 thats because of the threshold limiter. Looks good now, so I can call this solved for now.
