Normally, this is due to an improperly configured setting in vBulletin, which looking at your site, seems to be. I would engage with vBulletin support for further investigation.

When you created your service, you have a domain you created it with. Domains are added and removed in the hosting control panel.

There will not be an exception as the policy defined in terms of service stipulate one account per person. I have forwarded this over to an admin to further review. Going forward you can add the domains to your existing service as the free plan allows for 3 total domains to be associated with...

Can you please elaborate on the exact feature (or what exactly you clicked on) that is giving you that message?

If you know your direct login credentials for the hosting control panel, that password should be the same for FTP. If not, https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/x13-sso-login-issues.216919/ has instructions for changing that password.
