In all honest, that does not look like a logo at all. I wouldn't recommend developing logos in Photoshop because a rasterized image cannot be resized to any size. So if you have to print that logo out, you'll either have a very small logo or a problem.

In my opinion the design is a lot grim. Such dark colors look dull and depressing. The structure and programming of the web site however look smooth. Keep it up.

Thats definiately good for getting off the ground. It's always good to use free resources while developing ideas and a market. I would highly suggest going towards a more quality purchased or value exchange logo when funds are available.
