We are our own hosting company and has provided free hosting since 2004. Aside from free hosting we also have premium paid hosting options as well as VPS options. We do have backups and are in the process of restoring them as fast as possible.

Are you by any chance using a VPN? It seems your IP you are using may be a corporate IP address which could indicate a VPN or other. At this time we only allow residential and public IPs

Your IP was blocked due to too many failed logins, I have removed the block now. Likely your IP was blocked prior to his changing the information.
