    The apache start page does get stuck in cache sometimes, clearing cache or forcing a reload without cache often helps (most browser that means hitting ctrl + f5). Your custom domain works fine for me.

    You may need to tell the script you have installed that the .com domain should be the assigned domain. Many scripts automatically redirects traffic to the domain it has configured, wordpress for instance does this.

    Could you please try clearing cookies, specifically session cookies relate to x10hosting? There is no apparent reason why the server won't allow you to login, but I'll check with the other admin as well in case they changed something.
