You don't need to worry about making www a subdomain... Your domain provider should take care of that for you unless you went destroying your DNS files.

You can go to your Account Settings to delete your account, wait for the inactivity suspension and grace period to end. If you're encountering issues maybe @John Yancey can help.

Okay @bringabi, without a huge reply: what is your problem now? The administration isn't fully active because they help the Premium users. Because, most of the issues we face are usually set to our own limitations.

I've never messed with DNS via x10 I keep that with my CloudFlare. Exactly which kind of records would I need to set? I understand an MX Record for the email but I'm not sure how to point it to the x10's MX via my own domain like mail.myawesomesite.com or mx.myawesomesite.com. But I'm not sure...

I'm sure when you park your domain you get your Name Servers (NS). I only understand English so I can't really look into your results too much, however... I use x10's IP 198.91.81.5 for my domain name, you could try that. I would have pinged your domain for you to try and get your Name Servers...
