Your cPanel login name would be masso. I noticed an inconsistency with how the password was stored on the server, seem the server actually believed your account to be suspended still. You should be able to login now, however due to your previous attempts to change password I'd recommend one...

Rapidleech is clearly mentioned in TOS as being prohibited. The suspension is permanent, which means that no access will be granted for any reason and the account will be terminated eventually.

The problem here is that you agreed to follow the TOS when you signed up, we assume that you also read what you agreed to. The suspension is permanent, which means that for no reason will you get any access back to your account. It will eventually be terminated.
