Hello, I was able to sort the internal server error. However I have now suspended your account for having a public uploader, it is strictly against the TOS to use the account for file hosting, which would be what you are doing. This is a permanent suspension.

Spoke to soon, it errors out with forbidden again. The not loading part was caused by a quick server reboot issued by another staff member.

Hello, Your account is not currently suspended, and from what I can see it never was (there's no listed suspension history). What makes you think it is suspended? the site loads up just fine for me.

On the bright side, there's no forbidden error now. On the down side, it seem to fail loading completely :( Will continue to check into this

Believe rapidleech has been specifically pointed out for several years as not allowed. It was mentioned as forbidden there when I signed up for free hosting back in 2007

That won't be possible. You were suspended for a zero tolerance offense, namely copyright infringement. This means the suspension is permanent and no access to backups will be given. The account will remain in a suspended state until automatically terminated.

It is in the TOS that you are required to login to and visit the forums at least once every 31 days to keep the account active.

the only thing that counts in regards of keeping the account active is logging in here at the forums. When account is actually terminated, which it sounds as it would be, there will be no backups available as they are removed as well.
