There's currently no hosting account linked to your forum account. If you have been inactive for a prolonged period of time it may have been automatically terminated. To find out what has happened we need to know what your cPanel name is/was.

To my knowledge only an admin can do something about that, your ticket is in the admin section, unfortunately it sometimes does take a few days before a ticket is answered there, depending on what urgencies might come up (cPanel upgrade caused a bit extra work on a couple servers for instance).

There's no official status page. The one Boss posted is managed by a staff member but it is not official and might occasionally show incorrect information. However the link you stumbled upon might become an official part when it is completed.

Due to the nature of the offense and our zero tolerance policy, your account is permanently suspended. If you are 100% certain that all of the files you were linking to are freeware/shareware you can dispute the suspension.
