The first step would be setting the name servers for the domain at your registrar to be ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com (setting A record does work, but name servers are recommended).

If you are getting the suspended page when visiting your site you need to clear browser cache and/or flush your dns cache.
