The only "problem" I found is the link for rss for comments, I only found it as I happened to hover over the right area. The link text is the same as the background, or at least very close to.

Luc Besson is involved with writing it, that was one of the reasons I decided to buy it. Luc usually makes good movies. Robert Mark Kamen was the other writer, can't say I've heard about him before though.

cpanel would be located at your url and port 2082, so if your url is mydomain.com you find cpanel at mydomain.com:2082
if you have forgotten password I do believe you can can request password reminder
you'd need to park the plane-insane.com domain as well, or put it to be your main domain in account panel. (I recommend park, because then you at least got a fall back should there be any problems during the process)
getting them based on cpanel might be true, but keeping them has everything to do with uptime and stability...
I actually think that x10 would get a lot new users even without cpanel, when I signed up cpanel was NOT a major factor to the choice. My main reasons was there were fairly good space...
you need to have the database name among the parameters for connection, how else would the script know where to find the data you want to extract from the database? :)

Yes, if cpanel is down, the whole server would be, but I recall apache being down while cpanel being up... I'll admit I could be wrong though
I though there would be info at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php, there was info before the redesign at least so I just assumed it'd still be there
