I think might be confusing the subdomain side of it (which is only 2 allowed) and the main domains (which 3 are allowed) and checking the wrong location for it. Account Manager > Domain Setup. Only 1 domain pointer is allowed on the account.

Those are incorrect login credentials. The login to the control panel is different from the account panel. The username is the letters prior to @ x11
