There was a prior issue that should be resolved now. As a result of the issue while it was being resolved, automatic renewal would not occur.

The email issues with x11 should be resolved now, if you can please try again and verify.

In most instances, this would not be necessary. You can add a new domain, set that one as the default, and then delete the old one.

It was already enabled before on mine. An issue was identified on x11. A fix was attempted, but did not succeed. A case was opened with DirectAdmin to further investigate the matter.

Did the error message change at all to something else? Does it say 550 no such recipient now for example instead of authentication required?
