I seen something that if you add /login to the end, it might still let you login. It is being worked on. Could you check if adding /login to the end allows you to do anything in the meantime, it may or may not work, but it does bring up the login screen? (ex. https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/login)

What are the sizes of these files being transferred. If any files are 10 MB or more, it will not be allowed. EDIT: seeing some of those file sizes, that shouldn’t be the issue, seems it needs an admin to further assist.
