No, he means the link literally doesn't work. Which it doesn't. When you send someone a link, and they say it doesn't work, don't assume they are a moron, because by telling him to put it into the address bar, you're literally saying he is too stupid to realize that on his own.

I have a similar problem but not entirely the same. My addon domain works, but unless I specifically type in /index.html etc, the addon domain always goes to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi How do I get it to just behave normal?

I bought a domain using GoDaddy, and used the x10hosting name servers, and yet when I go to add a Seperate Domain, it doesn't seem to actually add it properly, despite saying it did. Any ideas guys?
