Can you use remote MySQL with a paid account?

Just created a ticket and got ID #618688.

I've decided to purchase premium hosting and now I have both a dedicated IP and SSL certificate. Now that I have this, how would I set up HTTPS? I've had support install the ticket for me, but Google Chrome does not list the site as using HTTPS.

Hello x10 Community, I would like to set up my website with HTTPS, but do not know how to do this. Could someone please help me out with this? I have looked through cPanel, but did not find an option to enable it. I apologize for asking a question that probably has a simple answer.

I don't know what happened, but cPanel & FTP are both working again.

Doing tracert xo3.x10hosting.com does nothing but say the request timed out.

It was working on the same internet connection that I am currently using just yesterday. I have tried a different internet connection in the area, and it still happens.

Perhaps it's an issue with my personal account. I will try to get the attention of an x10Hosting staff member.

I was not aware of this. Just out of curiosity, if it is not allowed, then why is there an option to enable remote MySQL in cPanel?

I would like to connect to the MySQL Schemas attached to my account using MySQL Workbench, but I cannot do it. How can I do this? I have already added "%" to the allowed hosts on my account. My website is hosted on the server named "level".
