Use HTTPS on my site.

Hello x10 Community,
I would like to set up my website with HTTPS, but do not know how to do this. Could someone please help me out with this? I have looked through cPanel, but did not find an option to enable it. I apologize for asking a question that probably has a simple answer.

To have proper https you would need a dedicated IP and a SSL certificate. This is only offered on our premium hosting, on free you can't really use https.

I've decided to purchase premium hosting and now I have both a dedicated IP and SSL certificate. Now that I have this, how would I set up HTTPS? I've had support install the ticket for me, but Google Chrome does not list the site as using HTTPS.
