xo3 Server cPanel and FTP Not Working

My website is running on the xo3 server, and since last night the cPanel redirection has led to a web page not available message. On top of this, trying to connect to the server via FTP does not work either.

I have no issue with cPanel and FTP client on x10hosting's free-server [ xo3 = (old Level) - IP: 198.91.81.3 ]

Perhaps it's an issue with my personal account. I will try to get the attention of an x10Hosting staff member.

Could you please verify that there are no firewalls, proxies or routers in place that could be blocking these ports? Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.

It was working on the same internet connection that I am currently using just yesterday. I have tried a different internet connection in the area, and it still happens.

Doing tracert xo3.x10hosting.com does nothing but say the request timed out.

I don't know what happened, but cPanel & FTP are both working again.
