So..today I tried installing WordPress on one of my sites. But upon going to the installation directory (in this case the root of my domain), a blank pages shows up with text saying Domain document root not found. What's wrong? Thanks.

I just realized that the only things on my site is WordPress (which can easily be backed-up and restored using plugins), Vanilla (same as WP), and osTicket (whose config I haven't changed that much, so I'll be able to restore it.)

I know. Only issue is, they don't provide ANY form of support. Man, this would be SO much easier if I could use the Backup thing for maybe 3 minutes....

It is quite difficult to RESTORE a backup in free hosting. MySQL databases are easy to restore, but restoring a manual backup of the files may/may not work with the cPanel restore feature, and I know of no other way to restore those files. And anyways there's already the automatic R1Soft backups.

x10hosting is great. But the only thing that I HATE about it is the insane Inode limit! I have NEVER seen a free host that limits inodes to 50k. The lowest I've seen is 300k. So...I want to know if there is any way to increase the inode limit for free (i.e. not upgrading to Prime or Illuminated...

Hi, I just wanted to know how I could create a backup using cPanel's native backup wizard so I could transfer all of my data to another host. x10 is a great free host (in fact, one of my favorites), but I've found a paid host that I want to switch to. I don't want an R1Soft backup, just in case...
