Server xo5 cPanel error: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED (Chrome)

Well, today I tried logging into my cPanel on the server "xo5", but when I hit the big blue Open cPanel button an error page came up from Chrome with the error message:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

The site that was linked to my account was also down with the same error, but after reloading it it redirected to the previous page on my previous host.

Is there anything happening?

Currently, cPanel on xo5 appears to be working fine, and there are no known issues affecting xo5. Please could you provide me with your domain name? The account associated with pchopefs is on xo7.

I know, the one on xo5 is my friend's account. cPanel seems to be working again.
