xav0989 Thanks for your reply, I can not log into the cPanel due to it will not reconise my user name and password. This has been the case since the server move. I used to get into cPanel all the time to view emails so remembering the username and password is not an issue. Thanks Chris

I posted a support ticket and was told that the hard drive failed and it would take 2 days to rebuild it from backups. It has now been 4 days and no more replies. At least now I can access cpanel, my databases seem intact however all of the files are missing. Chris
