Okay well every time I try to sign up for a new account it says "We found that you already have an account with us." and won't let me proceed. Even if I use a different email address.

Are you sure your site isn't down due to inactivity? The domain "elementfx.com" isn't down as my site is hosting on the same url and mine is still up. Also a quick whois lookup shows that their domain doesn't expire until January 2018.
