@lylex10h to help without first getting special privileges. That makes a huge difference when the problem is something the user can do for themselves if they only knew what to do.
The difference in service level is the difference between paid and free, I'm afraid. There are only a very few people who have access to make the change you need. (Note: I am not among them.)
