    I am currently using a free hosting account and noticed that my disk space usage has reached approximately 465.3 MB out of the 512 MB limit.

    I am not sure where the username you are providing is coming from. However, checking your storage space we see seveal media and videos that may not relate to the site. The site using the most almost 80% of the usage is found : vmgpro.dpdns.org can you clarify its usage?
