What kind of script is it? PHP, CGI? Are there any requirements? usually there should be a readme file or installation guide. Have you uploaded it to your server yet?

Just curious, when a new account is created, how is the server it get's created on selected? There are so many servers it seems like load balancing the accounts must be a nightmare.
