You need to fixed some of your heading backgrounds on your home page. The middle one don't go all the way to the end of the column. Your site looks OK, very clean design and good use of colour.

I don't like the Cyan and Blue Text. The gold headings and white text in your forum section section look great, you should apply same style to the rest of your site. Also try to keep your heading and text consistent eg all heading should be gold and all text should be white etc.

It looks pretty good, but your Menus and links look very 90s. I recommend you change the colour to #800000 which is the same as the red in your heading. I also think your change your :hover to a grey or grey blue colour. I think this will make your site look alot better.

I don't think the header (ie blue frog part) is the problem. Your heading don't look right. There too much space between your h2 and h3. Perhaps if you underline your h2 heading it may look better.
