The site is not a problem it has always been accessible. It's just access to CPanel that is the problem, which means I cannot upload or delete files in the account space for updating the web site.

It's 'Login attempt failed'. The username and password are both correct. This message is there even before I try to enter the username and password for CPanel and when I try to enter the username and password in the fields, it then returns the same message again. Hope this makes sense...

I cannot log into CPanel and have not been able to do so for some weeks. I would appreciate if something could be done about it. Thanks.
