Logging into CPanel

I cannot log into CPanel and have not been able to do so for some weeks.
I would appreciate if something could be done about it.

What is the error you are getting while login?

It's 'Login attempt failed'. The username and password are both correct.

This message is there even before I try to enter the
username and password for CPanel and when I try to enter the username and password in the fields, it then returns the same message again. Hope this makes sense...

The site is not a problem it has always been accessible. It's just access to CPanel that is the problem, which means I cannot upload or delete files in the account space for updating the web site.

Where are you trying to login to cPanel? You should be using https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 or http://murano.x10hosting.com:2082 , if they are not working then try logging into the account panel and change your password.

These two URLs did not let me in, but I have now changed the password and I was able to get into CPanel. Many thanks for the help, much appreciated. Hopefully it will not happen again and if it does, I will try to change the password again.
