stevenazari or stevena - doesn't cpanel account get deleted with the hosting account? I tried logging into it and it wouldn't so I can only assume so

I have no hosting account it was deleted from inactivity, that's why I'm trying to create a new one. my cache was cleared, this is just a sign up page. I've not accessed it in over 6 months.

I'm trying to create a hosting package on this account but when I go through the process it says this user name is registered, sign in with it to proceed. So I sign in, and it just takes me to a blank page. tried in different browsers, refreshing - does nothing. what can I do?

my pasword had changed to a multi combination of letters and numbers even though it was a word, I thought this was just encoding from the server, but changing it to my original password worked. Never seen a server do that before!

weird I solved the problem, some how the password got changed during the upgrade :s

I was in as admin, and file was ch_mod 777, I uploaded the file to another folder on the server then replaced that way - weird but managed to get back to the original error

getting following message when trying to update configuration.php:

yeah I checked the configuration file and it says localhost - all the connection settings are the same prior to the update and it was all working fine before the update. just tried using different database names in the config file (original was sazari_sazari) tried different possible...

any help? it's been here for 13 hours now and has 40 views...

I found out after posting this the fantastico installer has a load of nice chat services even better than what I posted. Sorry for that didn't know it wasn't allowed but I see x10 had already made of a solution ^_^

any updates? anyone know what's going on? anyone else on boru having this issue or is it just me? I can access the databases fine in phpmyadmin but my joomla isn't finding it...
