From what I can see it looks like there was a problem with accounts on Boru but it is noted some days after that all is back to normal. Is it possible for you to clarify if this is the case or are there are ongoing account problems? Alternatively am I getting something wrong at my end?

I see some updating was done on Boru on 11/8/11 but maintenance is claimed to be over. I am continuing with same problem however - 2 days later and still cannot access any of my sites. Anybody have any ideas?

Many thanks. Everything is now back as it was and I understand a little more! I do like the feel to your cpanel and back-end configurations. Just to round it all off even though the redirects are apparently disabled is there a way of clearing those (presumably put-in-place during your revamp)...

Thanks for the follow-up. I still have 2 issues. 1) http://penwortham.enlightenment.x10hosting.com now shows on Google and IE browsers but on Mozilla shows "http://theinjoyfoundation.org/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi" and even though I have tried to clear redirect it still shows as redirecting 2)...

Many thanks to Dead Battery for "looking after me". I am now able to access cpanel and have found that a couple of subdomains one being penwortham.enlightenment.xhosting.com are no longer listed although the files are still on the server. Does this mean I must re-list them or will all this be...

I was having difficulty previoulsy and still the problem persists. I cannot access my cpanel with user name: bute2487 and password: ***** I am very confident that they are/were correct. Can you help resolve this for me? Regards, Peter

Yep, still very happy with the sites still up and running but have a cp panel access problem. Not sure if it is because of continuing problems at your end or I am actually misrepresenting my access user name. I am entirely confident regarding the password so changing that obviously wouldn't...
