Many thanks to Dead Battery for "looking after me". I am now able to access cpanel and have found that a couple of subdomains one being penwortham.enlightenment.xhosting.com are no longer listed although the files are still on the server. Does this mean I must re-list them or will all this be put right when all your server changes are completed?

You can re-create it and link it to that folder.

Thanks for the follow-up.
I still have 2 issues.
1) http://penwortham.enlightenment.x10hosting.com now shows on Google and IE browsers but on Mozilla shows "http://theinjoyfoundation.org/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi" and even though I have tried to clear redirect it still shows as redirecting

2) originally had http://theinjoyfoundation.org as an add-on domain. As recommended tried to recreate but claims "Error from park wrapper: theinjoyfoundation.org is already configured." when now there is no appearance of the site in add-on domains list.

Hello, you should be able to re-add theinjoyfoundation.org now. As for the 1st issue, that site loads fine on my browser here, can you please check now to see if its been fixed?

Everything is now back as it was and I understand a little more!
I do like the feel to your cpanel and back-end configurations.
Just to round it all off even though the redirects are apparently disabled is there a way of clearing those (presumably put-in-place during your revamp) redirects from the cpanel.

Hello, if you are being re-directed to any default web page or any catchall pages from the migrations still please read this article:

You should also clear your browsers cache. This should resolve any problems you have.
