If you mean the Roundcube Webmail, I was able to login last week directly from the control panel, but I didn't try sending an email from in there. Now I'm trying to do so from Roundcube, but it won't let me. When putting in the credentials, Roundcube gives a "Connection error with IMAP server"...

Hi, Since a few weeks, the emails that I send through my Gmail with my domain name email, configured with x13.x10hosting.com port 587, are not going through. I do receive emails though. What could be wrong? What should I look to adjust? Thanks

Well this is odd... the log in form for the Hosting Control Panel was bouncing back as if the credentials didn't work.... But I accidentally clicked on the Hosting Control Panel button again, and it did enter, as if I did put the right credentials. My question about FTP access still stands...

I'm having the exact same issue. Sent emails bounce with the message "TLS Negotiation failed, the certificate doesn't match the host". Worked fine 2 days ago. I can receive emails correctly with the same address.

Hi Anna, Where is the "Email manager"? Is it supposed to be on the SSO page? SSO isn't working, gives a timeout error when trying to load (https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN). I suppose because of it still being linked with cPanel?

Hi Anna, For the record, that's the URL i always login to to prevent account suspension. My last login must've been on December at the least. Most likely January. Thanks again.
