Had a similar problem back in April which was sorted with Gsonline's help - I am unable to administer my site(s) - Joomla and Coppermine - http://padge27.x10hosting.com/ .
I am able to access Cpanel and the MySQL Databases - however - then as now - all three databases are being shown as having 0.00mb - previously it was an reenabling of all user priviliges that resolved the problem - this time however while able to view the sites I can only do so as a guest.
I have deleted databases and recreated others but can still not access as an administrator/editor.

Hello,

All databases show as 0.00MB, we can't currently have it any other way. Enabling the option to let cPanel calculate (rather query the database for size constantly) has proven to be causing problems with mySQL connections.

Regarding access to the sites admin interface, that sounds more like a script problem then a hosting account problem, especially since you say you can view the pages correctly. Have you tried re-uploading the files for the scripts? There may be files missing/corrupted from the migrations.

Thanks for help Anna - though before I delete and/or reload scripts am just wondering though if having exactly the same error on trying to gain administration to all 3 of my present scripts - Joomla, Coppermine and phpgdview - is consistent with your diagnosis?

The error message is:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request
