Why can't I upload anything that's greater than 2 mb?



How can I raise this limit?

I have this problem since switching back from Hostgator. Before it was 8 mb.

I am receiving this limit on the PHP script only.

on my x10hosting's free-hosting server [ xo3 ] - PHP scrip show --> [ "PHP maximum upload file size" is ==>16M<== ]
Admins need to re-set the limit on your free-hosting server
