2083 in Link Support

When I go to http://www.creatable.x10.mx:2083 it does not go to the cPanel login it goes to account login which is here; https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login

Help?

When you type in yourname.tld:2083 or yourname.tld:2082 it will redirect you to https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login witch is the only way to login to cPanel, once you are logged in you should see a link for cPanel

Well when I use http://www.creatable.x10.mx:2096 it goes to Mail login but not for http://www.creatable.x10.mx:2083

That is the current way to get into cPanel --> [ https://x10hosting.com/sso/login ]

Sign In and you will be in [ cPanel ] or [ x10hosting Basic! ] - you can jump from one to the other

So what would the link be for cPanel because when my session runs out or I go to another site that has working 2083 it goes to a Login to x10hosting account login.

The "link to cPanel" is to login through the single sign-on (sso) page and be redirected.

The way we have it setup you can only login to cPanel using the portal page at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

This SSO link provided by everyone redirects you directly to cPanel upon a successful sign in.
