403 error on Opera Mini Browser

Hi,
Recently I encountered an 403 error while accessing my website www.kaibamassage.com trough opera mini browser(version 8.0 updated) on my mobile phone. I have correct file permissions 644 for files and 744 for directories. I have even cloned my entire website MYSQL and FILES to another account http://gininehair.x10.mx/ and it works there with the same files like a charm. Only difference beatween accounts that KAIBAMASSAGE is on XO3 and GININEHAIR on XO1. Is there a problem at XO3 server? Weird enough I can access my website with no problem trough desktop PC without any problems.

Please advice me for solution. Thanks

Directories should be 0755

Sorry that was just a typo. All directories 755. If it was 744 then it wouldn't be working AT ALL definitely, sorry for that. Any ideas why XO3 doesn't allow mobile browser while XO1 does?

I confirmed that it /is/ mod_security blocking something.. Still trying to figure out exactly /what/ that is.

Hi,
It's good that there is a starting point. Also to mention isn't just Opera Mini browser. I was amazed by my Google Analytics report that BOUNCE RATE(means how many users leave website without reading content - because they can't read it) has increased to 90% in the past couple of weeks when it's used to be 7% no more for years. After checking further I figured that most mobile devices are not allowed to view my website only desktop and laptops are.

I hope this will be resolved soon. Thank you for taking this further
