403 Error

I'm trying to use a cgi script that will open a program. I'm getting this error, though:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/teleport.cgi on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please make sure your script does not violate Terms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Policy. If this is not the case, please provide exact step-by-step instructions to reproduce the error.

does this technically means that json and javascript language is not accepted in free hosting account ?

i am having the same problem with the 403 forbidden.

Javascript is not a serverside script, it is executed in the browser only and is depending on if the viewer of the site have javascript on or off in their browsersettings.
