403 forbidden in e107 when creating a custom menu

Hi There,

I have just set up an e107 website using your free hosting. It is a gaming guild website for a small number of people I game with. It is actually a site I am resurrecting from a backup so I need to edit a few things on it to bring it up to date. We have a Teamspeak server for which I have a custom menu that displays the Teamspeak server status and who is logged in. I need to update the teamspeak URL in the menu to my new one. Unfortunately I cannot update it as when I try to update the url and save it I get a "403 Permission denied you don't have permission to access /cpage.php on this server."

Is there anyway this can be altered so I can update them?

Please can you give me the full URL you are sent to when you receive that error? I'll see if I can find the request in the server logs.

I also get

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /usersettings.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

When trying to access http://uberleetgamerz.x10host.com/usersettings.php
