403 Forbidden Issue

Hello,
I've been hosting my phpBB forum for about a month on X10hosting, and this morning when I went to check the forum, I got a 403 Forbidden page. Which says:
403
Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!
Click to expand...
I then tried logging onto my X10hosting account and I get to the sign in successful page and then I get this:
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred processing your request.
Click to expand...

I will be grateful for all the help I can get.

I wasn't 100% sure if that was the case, but thanks Darknessiseek for reassuring me that it is the case.

There is NO time scale, migration can take from 1 hour to 72 hours, depending on how the servers wants to act. That is why they can not give a time frame on it, all hosting is this way paid or free. Just got to wait it out.

Upto 72hrs that's all I needed to know. I could see that mentioned. Thank you :)

Wow now my domain is showing someone else's site. VERY CONCERNED about my site now :(

Everything sounds ok. Just one question: Our files are safe, right?

No files, it says we are to let them know...HOW?
Cpanel seems like it works, mysql database are there and was able to export.
Now I see they say absolut is finished migration, hope not!!!
