For future reference, you should be posting your support request using the forum account that is linked with your hosting: thesplin (same password as you login to the portal should work).
If you prefer using this forum account you can change so this becomes the linked forum account; Login to the portal and go to "Get Support" -> "Visit Forums". This will provide you with information about currently linked forum account as well as give you an option to switch to another existing forum account.
