403 Forbidden

My site (http://thesplinteredhead.x10.mx/) is still giving me this error post-migration. My files appear to be there, but I can't (/don't know how) to change the permissions. Any ideas anyone?

make sure file permissions are 644 and folder permissions are 755

to set folder/file permissions see ==> cPanel (not x10hosting Basic) ==> file manager ==> look at [ Perms ] on right side -:- to change select (click on) the folder or file to change then click on [ Change Permissi... ] at top of page

Hey, thanks for the advice. I'm now running into the No files visible in control panel / file manager issue that others have just reported.

For future reference, you should be posting your support request using the forum account that is linked with your hosting: thesplin (same password as you login to the portal should work).
If you prefer using this forum account you can change so this becomes the linked forum account; Login to the portal and go to "Get Support" -> "Visit Forums". This will provide you with information about currently linked forum account as well as give you an option to switch to another existing forum account.
