I have registered for free hosting. My address is lxp.x10host.com but I can't get the site up and running. I have uploaded my site but I get the error

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please could you try disabling your VPN, and then try again? We block connections from known spamming IP addresses, and it looks like you might be sharing an IP address with someone from the past.
