403 forbidden

Hi!!

One partner of mine is having this “403 forbidden” issue accessing my site. It appears to be something related with her IP address because I can access the site normally using different computers and connections (wired, wireless, cell phone).

The site is: http://pagogo.amdwork.x10.mx

My partner’s IP address is:
134.249.155.204

Perhaps she is in some kind of blacklist or something. Can somebody check this?

@rmsx10ho Prime is not the same as premium, so this would be the correct place for support.

We don't have our own blacklist other then the firewall but just visiting your site should not cause a listing there. We do implement third party blacklists though

Using this tool https://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check though there are two reports of it being on blocklists, not sure we use anyone of those though
