404 error from new lightspeed crap

my site runs on the Starka server, which you guys put Litespeed on as the new backend but, now I get a 404 error on my ENTIRE website. Everything is gone. I cant even login via ftp because it says "Home directory not found" WTF??

Starka was just rebooted, it should be coming back up shortly (and oddly enough that actually -can- cause what you're seeing).

I know it can, it just seemed completely out of the blue.

Cloudflare now says that its offline, rather than a 404 error.

So, sites still down. And if thats caused because the server is still "restarting", than you guys really need to invest in some new architecture.

K, this is ridiculous. Can I just get sent the database files? After payday next week I was going to upgrade but, not now.
