404 Error

Since yesterday I have not been able to access two forums I have hosted through X10. All I get is a 404 error message.

The URL to the tow forums is listed below"

http://new49ers.x10host.com/phpBB3/

Any ideas, or issues with the servers?

Your account was suspended for inactivity. You should have received several emails regarding this. I have unsuspended your account this time however you will need to access your x10hosting panel @ https://x10hosting.com/login to avoid this from happening again.

Thank you Eric, It is 4pm Monday here and it is still showing a 404 error. Is it possible to unsuspend the other forum also?

I have not accessed the panel for a very long time, because a long time ago we were notified that log in and accessing the control panel was no longer necessary to keep from being suspended.

This is a bit confusing, but if that is what it takes I will start doing it again. Thank you again.

But I am still getting a 404 error on it.

The confusion comes in because I asked if you could also unsuspend the other one. Now when I go to the other one at:
http://new49ers.x10host.com/phpBB3/ It is up and running. I'm feeling a bit like a dummy, just not understanding what is happening.

It as always been necessary, the only thing that was halted during our migration/maintenance period was the automated system that imposed suspensions. That system has now been activated again.

That account shows as suspended due to inactivity, as mentioned even if we unsuspend it you need to actually login to that account to prevent it from being suspended. You are also not allowed to have more then one free hosting account as per our ToS.

This is the account that is linked with your forum account, and likely what Eric unsuspended that it is your account you will be able to get support for through this forum account.
