404 Not Found The requested URL / was not found on this server

After creating a new website this morning (bbqfirst.x10host.com), I got this error:

Not Found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Since I've had some experience with this type of thing, I figured that after about an hour it would have gone away and my website would be up. Alas, the error persists.
I have used these same website files on other hosting sites, but I wanted to migrate them to x10hosting because it offers better services.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Actually, I just created a new sub-domain and the error is present on the sub-domain.

This should now be resolved for your subdomain also, and we're looking into why this is happening for new domains on xo1.
