404 out of nowhere

Everything was working perfectly fine. I haven't made any changes at all since ive set everything up now all of a sudden out of nowhere on my forum when someone tries to post a thread.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

How do I fix this!?

Can you provide an example content from a post that causes this message? The only modsecurity rule I'm seeing that is being triggered is one for spamming that looks pretty hard to trigger a false positive on.

When ever I click preview post if im trying to type a new thread it 404 just like that but now all of a sudden its working now out of no where. I don't know why.
