I keep getting the 404 error page ever 10-20 seconds.

Do you have some sort of rotating banner system going? That might be the source of periodic problems.

No rotating banner, just an smf forum 2.0 that I created about 20 minute ago.

Whatever just blocked your attempt for that reason to visit that page just had an epic failure at an attempt to do a barrel roll.

@OP: Lotus is giving me 503 errors at the moment as I'm trying to do some work in Wordpress, and it's happening every 20 seconds at the moment so if you're seeing problems it might be MySQL related. I'll see if I can get an error to pop up. But what will help us the most is to go into cPanel and check your error log. That can explain the errors and what might have caused it.
