500 Internal Server Error error

I keep getting this error intermittently since yesterday. Is that a known issue waiting to be resolved?

It seems that support have fixed this problem from some accounts here, can they please try on my hosting account too... Thanks

Frontend started working but backend (admin login area) is still giving following error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

500 Internal Server Error

I'm still battling with "500 Internal Server Error"... I see in the announcement section that Starka server was under maintenence for 10mts yesterday, any update is highly appreciated.
